About Us
About our pageant system...
Lani McCrorie and Nickelle Gerontakis started Charity Pageant Productions because they wanted to combine their community service with something that they enjoy.
They have brought their extensive pageant experience together to produce pageants that are fun for the contestants, entertaining for the audience and beneficial to the community.
Pageants are a great way to start getting comfortable in front of a crowd. It builds confidence and skills that can be used throughout life. We want all of our contestants to not just feel special, but know that they are special! We want to instill the works of charity in them at a young age. We want them to know that they can make a difference. These things are what beauty is really about, being beautiful inside and out. We hope to accomplish these things while having a really fun time.
Features that separate our pageants from the rest:
1. Professional sound - Sound for the audience as well as sound that can be heard by the contestants. Too often pageants are held where the sound can only be heard by the audience, making it appear as though contestants can't follow instructions.
2. Professional lighting - Our stage will always be washed with light. Too often pageants have contestants walk up to the front of the stage to be seen by the judges, but outside of the lights designed to wash the middle of the stage.
3. I-MAG - Image magnification. There are only so many front row seats, so all of our pageants feature a large projection screen with the constestants faces being projected large enough to be seen from the back row.
4. Time management - How many pageants have made you wait an extremely long time while the judges scores are being "tabulated." Our pageants feature computer tabulated scoring to minimize dead time during our pageants.
